As Foxtrot walks in, he immediately feels the cold air surround him. "I gotta chill here during the summer, nice and brisk." Looking around he sees the quality of living, nonetheless, he sighs in relief knowing he won't be on the streets for the night. "How much is this place for a month? I may need a lair to relax in for a while."
