There's Ringing in the Air
« on: April 01, 2016, 12:53:18 pm »
The early morning spring breeze blew throughout the neighborhood of Ponyville. Agilene walked along a cobblestone path, admiring the blue and orange sky. On the way, she only saw few ponies awake. They most likely are shop owners preparing their stores before customers arrive. No matter, it was fortunate seeing somepony awake. It would be eerie if Agilene was the only one walking down the path.

Along the way, she notices a gazebo to her left. It was surrounded by flowers of different colors, and its wood looks slightly worn-out. She remembered hanging around this gazebo in the past like it was yesterday. Unfortunately, she stopped due to all the work piled up. But now seems like a good time to visit it.

Approaching the structure, she noticed something moving under the gazebo. It appeared to have four legs, and its exterior seemed jagged. This didn't look right, Agilene thought. Her concerns were correct as the creature crawled out from under. Its skin was wooden, and its eyes glowed a warm green. Through its sharp, clenched teeth, it emitted a low growl. "Oh you have got to be kidding me," Agilene commented as she stared the beast down. A Timberwolf of all things in ponyville? She didn't have time for this, and figured it would be best to get away from it.

Right when Agilene takes a step back, the wolf charges for her. She gasps at this action, and reacts by jumping in the air, flaps her wings, and takes off. On her way home, concern took over Agilene's thoughts of the beast eventually starting trouble in the neighborhood. Perhaps she should have dealt with it instead of running?

Agilene finally arrives at her front door after a flight that only took a minute, but felt like an hour. From inside her mailbox, a letter sticks out. Who could it be from? Picking up the letter, she opens it, and reads its contents. Surprisingly, it's from her aunt and uncle in Fillydelphia, her home town. Aside from generic lines like, "How are you doing?" and "Hope you're okay," one line from the letter caught her attention. "You're movin with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air." Reading this, Agilene packed her suit case, and went her way to the train.

First class, yo this is bad, drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass. Is this what the people of Bel-Air living like? Hmmmmm this might be alright.

I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said FRESH and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare. But I thought 'Nah, forget it' - 'Yo, holmes to Bel Air'

I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8, and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo holmes smell ya later.' I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air
