Samiel and a couple of his hunters walk over to the group, the pegasus himself adjusting his glasses as he looks to Foxtrot. "Well, it is good to see you've downgraded you mass destruction to one building, Reaper. Regardless, the Directors are all alive and will be enjoying a long trip home."

"So we're good then?" Foxtrot asks with some hesitation. "You use the evidence to put them through trial and try to build Saddle Arabia back up?"

After a pause, Samiel grins and nods, "Don't worry, unicorn; I'll stay true to my end of the deal. But remember, if you ever come to Saddle Arabia, I can't guarantee your safety."

Foxtrot nods in acknowledgement, "Fair enough Samiel, fair enough." He approaches him and offers his hoof, "Good luck rebuilding the country."

With a chuckle, Samiel raises his own hoof and shakes Fox's. "Best of luck not gaining more enemies." The stallion turns his companions and nods, the three trot over to the boat, setting sail into the harbor.

Samiel looks down at the binder, giving the pages one last flip before snapping it shut. "Yes you do Mr. Trot. You have them arrested and transferred over to us, I'll make sure to use this evidence to the best of my abilities... And I won't have you incarcerated for your crimes. Should you fail though..." He looks over to the unicorn, then scans the group, "Well... let's just say one of these two countries may not be around long after." He takes a deep breath and turns around, "I should get going, time is of the essence. I wish you all luck, especially you Foxtrot; if I find that you used this to throw me off, just remember..." The pegasus lets out a loud whistle; suddenly all of the fresh graves burst open, camouflaged hunters appearing with weapons drawn at them. The group itself is vastly outnumbered, "I will find you, and I will kill you. Everyone, move out! We have a country to stabilize." The hunters lower their weapons and follow Samiel out of the cemetery, a few of them Tinder would recognize from the train station not too long ago.

Samiel remains silent as he listens to Foxtrot explain. The files in the binder are indeed legitimate, further confirming the story. The pegasus closes the binder, pushing his glasses back up slightly. "This evidence can work for now, but it won't resolve the issue. After I give them this, they'll still want those responsible; whether it's you or them." A light chuckle takes hold of him, "So it'll have to be you. Unless you plan on taking all 5 Directors at once." Foxtrot's expression remains blank, a clear determination in his eye. "Ah, so you're serious then?"

"Your assumption is correct Mr. Trot." Samiel replies, looking towards the group. "Your comrades seem very reasonable. I hope for your sake and theirs, you are as well." The pegasus looks over to the battered unicorn, "You know the position Saddle Arabia is in. You know the position I am in. My options are very limited."

Samiel adjusts his glasses, "Because when he shows up he won't go willingly. Consider this as an incentive for his cooperation." He glances over to the entire group, "Let me put this in perspective for you all. You're surrounded and outnumbered 4 to 1 right now. As I said before I wish this to go peacefully, but if any of you interfere, I'll sound the order for them to kill you all." The pegasus then looks over to Nivalia, "And I know he'll show up for sure, in fact..." Tilting his ears he picks up the feint sound of galloping footsteps coming in the direction of the entrance the group arrived at. "I'm sure he'll be with us shortly."

"I'm looking for Foxtrot." Samiel plainly answers. "The Reaper of Calais, Ser Beef Wellington. The pony's gone through several names but all the one in the same. He's done a lot of damage to my homeland, and they officially want him back to face trial. Granted their obviously looking for a scapegoat to calm the rioting masses; still, many innocents were killed due to his actions. I personally suffered loss by his hoof as well; if it were my choice I'd kill him now, but it's not and I need him alive." He returns his hooves to the ground. "Unlike that idiot that attacked the changeling, I prefer to resolve this without unnecessary violence."

The stallion stops in place and sits down, raising his front hooves to remove any trace of resistance. "I'm just here to see someone. Someone who died long ago, or so I thought. Turns out this ghost isn't as spectral as I remembered him to be. Rather he's still alive and causing more trouble than before. But I digress..." The pegasus slowly pulls down his hood, "Samiel Sirocco. And when I see this ghost again, I'll make sure he stays that way."

As the group conversed and discussed their plans, a lone pegasus rests on the greenhouse ceiling, listening to everything through a tear in the roof. The frames of his glasses slightly lower on his nose before being moved back by his wing. When he hears about the meeting place, he immediately takes off with a plan in motion. By the time the group exits the store, he's already halfway there; arriving there with some familiar faces. Throughout his trip, he ponders about the assailant they stopped, it wasn't one of his ponies, nor theirs. Shaking off the thought, he focuses back on his objective.

Bio: Born to a wealthy Saddle Arabian family in the city of Hoofuf , Samiel was raised with the best luxuries a pony can have. However he chose to receive an education in Prance and excelled in his classes all throughout his years. During this time he practiced his family heritage of the mastery of the scimitar. At the age of 24 he received a Doctorate in Philosophy and Culture Studies. He returns to Saddle Arabia whilst it's in a state of political turmoil and delves his time to diplomatically resolve the issues between the lower classes and tribes and the upper aristocratic classes. This didn't work out as expected, as Samiel began to realize how sheltered his lavish life was and the amount of suffering his own people was enduring. Due to his family's political position Samiel was not able to openly protest against the upper classes values and objectives. Instead, he frames his family for treason and has them imprisoned; this allows him to seize the family's wealth and business connections. Shortly afterward, an organization known as the Hidden Daggers approaches him and makes him an offer. From there he invested in supporting a rogue general in starting a civil war in Saddle Arabia. The first few years were successful, the general's forces actually capturing the capital city for 3 months. However, due to allied support, the Saddle Arabian government manages to push back and sabotage the resistance in the last few years. Expecting defeat soon, Samiel plans with the general to have him picked up in the town of Calais; from there he would lay low to regroup and plan a counter attack. When Sirocco's group arrives at the riverbed town, he finds it completely flooded with no survivors in sight. The dam was blown wide open, and with nothing to salvage, the pegasus returns home, wondering how much of an impact it would have on his investments; as well as the personal cost of fellow friends and brothers in arms.

After a month of financial damage control, Samiel manages to find the identity of who the Saddle Arabian government named "The Reaper of Calais." The actions of this pony spread through the country like wildfire, instilling fear to the revolutionists, enough to officially end the 9 years of civil war in Saddle Arabia, 9 years of profit, gain, and a sincere sense of freedom for the lower class to Samiel. The fire of revenge does flicker for the pegasus as he slowly but surely discovers the pony's occupation, the group he works with, and the soldiers he fights along. After another month of planning, Samiel finally manages to seek his revenge without raising a weapon. Using his contacts, and a page from his own enemy, he hires a lure which leads the pony and his allies to an ambush. A few days after the order is sent, Samiel receives a letter telling him that the trap was costly, but successful. With vengeance now achieved the pony had nothing else to strive for. Lost in his purpose, Samiel delved deep in his prayers and meditations. It's here when he realizes a new objective in life, one that will unite the world in one fate that it is destined to be. At the age of 35 Samiel travels the world, meeting with each nation's leader for a project he believes will change the world.
